What To Drink This November…
Looking for a little inspiration in the libation department? Our girl Alanna gives us a 4 pACK of what she is digging this month. See what she’s sipping on this November and why!
THE BREW: Far From the Tree Nova (hard) Cider
ALANNA SAY… “Nothing says Fall/Winter more than cider and now with hopped ciders coming onto the market, they are even getting some attention from our beer (only) drinker. This one is the only canned, off-dry hopped cider made in Massachusetts and it packs a hoppy punch. IPA fans, this is worth a look.”
THE VINO: Ruelas Portuguese Red Blend
ALANNA SAYS… “Like clockwork, I switch to red wine when the temperature drops. Portugal is well known for Port, but they also make some amazing red wines and when I find one at a price point like the Ruelas, well, it’s a no brainer. With blackberry and currant notes, this starts out seeming light to medium-bodied and ends with bang! A must try.”
THE SPIRITS: Triple 8 Cranberry Vodka & Notch 12 year
ALANNA SAY… “There’s no arguing that the Notch 12 year is an easy one to sip, and perfect for those cold nights by the fire, but that cranberry vodka has always been one of my favs of the Triple Eight lineup and with the color being so festive, it’s hard not to say no to a drink made with it. For sipping, that Notch 12 year is a must (when you can get it) and for a mixed beverage, Triple Eight Cranberry is perfect for the holidays.”
