Starting Wednesday, September 27th, there’s a new Wellness Club in town. Every week from 6pm to 8pm through October there will be a small group get together at Holly’s Happy Place, located next to Island Kitchen. The group meets weekly to discuss various topics related to wellness and self-care, complete with a spread from Lemon Press and a chance to purchase their “Lemon Press at Home” cooking kit for a delicious home-cooked meal, without all the prep work.
This group gives participants a chance to hear from some of the wellness professionals on island, and discover some motivation and tools for living a healthy lifestyle this off-season! These ladies have a goal, and that is to get the community involved in the discussion on self-care, and give islanders the tools they need to prepare and consumer healthy eats all year long! September 27th join us with a discussion with island Shaman Alexandra Catchpole, and on October 4th we will be welcoming Meg Scannell, owner of Studio Nantucket, for a morning around the benefits of logging some hours at the Barre.
STAY CONNECTED! Guest speakers for future Wellness Wednesdays TBA, and follow along on the Lemon Press instagram for announcements from Lemon Press on these events and more throughout the season!
